We send pic when we create it when we ship it and if u have any questions on how to build it at home we are here from 10:00 AM to 20:00 PM and even later if needed.

of our cages is carefully handcrafted from the very beginning, which
makes every item unique. Because of the custom and handmade nature of
our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an
order has been placed.

- We cannot accept returns or provide refunds due to change of mind, wrong size ordered, or other personal preferences unfortunately just because it's handmade.

24 hours of purchase. After this time, production has already begun and
